* Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The minimum deposit is 30% for stays over 3 days. For stays of 3 days or less payment is due in full when making the reservation. Payment may be made via bank transfer or credit card. We are not responsible for charges made by the bank for the transfer. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge. In the event of a cancellation you will be returned the deposit required according to the following:
So according to the above if you cancel 2 months before arrival we return all the deposit, if you cancel 21 days before arrival we return half of the minimum deposit.
In any case of a return of deposit you will be responsible for any costs charged by the bank for the transfer of funds plus a 5 Euro handling fee charged by us.
You may send us the total amount in advance if you wish to avoid travelling with cash or to avoid charges made by your bank as you withdraw from the cash machine in Greece.
Any amount above the required minimum deposit will be returned to you in total in case of cancellation.

Please see above all the information your bank will need for the transfer. After you have made your deposit please send us a message informing us of your deposit as well as the amount deposited. When we have received the funds we will send you a confirmation message.
Please allow 3-4 working days for the funds to reach us.
Credit Card: To pay by credit card you must send us your complete card number (16 digits), the 3 digit CVV code (last 3 digits found on the back of the card), and the expiration date. You may give us this information by e-mail, fax, sms or telephone (voice). You will be charged 4% more for credit card use.
* Transfer from Airport (if applicable)
If you have chosen to book transfers to and from the airport with us you will need to read this information. Your transfer is from the airport directly to the hotel. There are no other stops along the way unless you wish to stop for any reason. As you exit customs at the airport your driver will be waiting there for you with a small board with your name on it. He will escort you to the auto and safely transfer you and your luggage to the accommodation. The trip will take about 60 minutes.
Should you have any trouble at the airport please contact us immediately. Remember when dialing a telephone number from within Greece do not use the 0030. So you would dial 2831... or 69... You do not need to pay the driver, he has been taken care of. You are free of course to tip him if it makes you feel better.
